Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the item. Because we work with multiple print-on-demand partners to bring each design to life, production time is typically 3–7 business days, followed by shipping. Most US orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the order date.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are generally 10–21 business days after production. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Why are shipping rates different for some items?
We partner with multiple trusted print-on-demand providers to offer the best quality across our product range. Each provider has its own shipping rates and carriers, which is why you may see different shipping costs for different items in your cart. We always aim to show you the most accurate rate at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide specific to that item. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary slightly between styles and product types.
Do your swimsuits run true to size?
Our swimwear is designed to fit close to the body for a sleek, supportive feel. If you're between sizes or prefer more coverage, we suggest sizing up. Check the individual product's size guide for the best fit recommendation.
What if my item doesn't fit?
If your item doesn't fit as expected, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. See our returns section below for details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
How do I start a return or report an issue?
Use our Contact page to reach out. Include your order number and a description (and photo if applicable) of the issue, and our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are sent to production quickly, so we have a short window to make changes. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or modify it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
