Welcome to Deep Waves Oceanwear. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Deep Waves Oceanwear ("we," "us," "our") operating at deepwavesoceanwear.com. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

2. Products All products are made-to-order and custom printed. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and available payment methods at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

4. Order Cancellations Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing deepwavescoaching@gmail.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

5. Shipping Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days and shipped worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We do not accept returns due to sizing or change of mind on made-to-order items.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and brand assets on this site are the property of Deep Waves Oceanwear. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability Deep Waves Oceanwear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
